Restaurant/places to eat in Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai

Room was fantastic, really spacious, was good that the breakfast area was combined with the Ibis for more choice and seating. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - although they seemed to be confused about whether there was a shuttle bus to the mall and when it ran - I ended up catching a taxi instead. Nothing was too much trouble from housekeeping to room service (Mamun, Dhundran, and I can’t remember the name of the chap from housekeeping but he was really good too).

Property building in Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai

The hotel has a great location, close to Mall of the Emirates with excellent shopping options and Ski Dubai, Jumeirah Beach with Wild Wadi, Palm Jumeirah with Atlantis, Dubai Mall with Burj Khalifa and Museum of the Future. A relatively short drive away from Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden. It makes it easy to have programs with kids. Also gives a straight road to Abu Dhabi and its attractions. The hotel is a great value for money with sizable rooms, comfortable beds. It also offers good breakfast and children eat free.

The Breakfast was awesome. I had my share of good breakfast and its one of my main motivations when I decide for staycation. To my surprise the breakfast served here was of high quality, specially considering what we paid for. Pool is at Roof which is Ok and good facility to enjoy with kids. The Hotel is at close proximity to Mall of the Emirates and other restaurants. We usually walked to our Mall of the Emirates or Applebees restaurant.

Lounge or bar in Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai

They had prepared a birthday surprise for my wife – really thoughtful, thanks to them! The staff were professional and helpful. It’s a great place for those looking for a comfortable hotel with good prices, a nice breakfast and dinner. The location is excellent, right next to the Mall of the Emirates. Free parking is also a big plus.

The location was ideal. Peaceful and calm surroundings. Just 5 to 6 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates and ultimately you can access the mall's metro station from inside the mall. 24/7 Carrefour next to the hotel and good restaurants around the property. Reasonable swimming pool and gym. Good variety of breakfast. Very cooperative and friendly staff. To name the few, Nyi Nyi, Maraj, Ajay. More plus points also include their shuttle service to the mall of Emirates and Jumeirah Kite Beach. Good value for money. I'm definitely going to stay here again.

Lobby or reception in Novotel Suites Mall Avenue Dubai

room - 521 good points the best part - we were upgraded to family suite from the regular suite that we had booked thanks to manager Mr Hatem. 1. room is large & comfortable. 2. breakfast spread is good. 3. 10mins walking distance from mashreq metro station & 15mins walking distance from mall of emirates. 4. very polite & courteous staff. 5. not so good points 1. room over looks the adjoining hotel. 2. though the breakfast spread is good but its the same most of the days. so you run out of options if you staying for long. 3. the pool is not heated (atleast for asians temperature requirement) since its on the terrace, it gets colder with the breeze blowing. even after several request they could not get the heater working which was The Major Bummer. 4. the shower cubicle in the room is tad bit small, so Plus size guest will have challenges in the space :) keep up the good work team novotel. thank you for making our stay so pleasant & comfortable. cheers

Everything starting from outstanding service, smile, helping out and never been out of control during the flood happened in the flood day until last moment. Special thanks to Mr. Ali, Mr. Mina, Mr. Ajay, Ms. Najlaa, Mr. Hatem, house keeping staff, the Pullman Mr. ALI, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Khaled, Ms. Rena the security. And Mr. Gaith the GM and ( Laura and jue.) In my personal experience novotel suites staff are the best all over dubai.

The room was very comfortable, bed was conducive to a good sleep especially after a long day of traveling. The front desk attendants were all excellent in thier customer service and I mean each and every person . The location of this hotel to the Emirates Mall is also a huge plus.
